TO start off, I was told that I had to get confirmation from every user in the channel saying they dont want me in the channel for me to be not included in the channel and to be "kicked out". And their wasn't confirmation from all of the users their was only confirmation from 5 or 6 and the channel had 11 people. So being told that I joined the channel and was banned. I had on the ts recording tool because I was being harassed and the staff member in there @techy88 wasn't doing anything about it. So id like to be unbanned because I was told that I could join as long as not everyone in the channel said I wasn't aloud in the channel I mean its a public channel but Excluding people is fine by the rules if everyone in there agrees. I know that this Ban app is probably gonna be denied because I show no remorse, even though there is nothing for me to be remorseful about at all because I didn't break any rules as of what I was told and as of whats in the rules. I stand by my decision of joining the channel and would do it 100 times over again if I had chances to relive the situation. That's all theres nothing else to add to this false ban.

@Smorezs Yes, I do confirm that you need 100% agreement of the channel to have someone removed. Edit: After inspection/investigation: this was valid and justified.
There were 6 of us in a channel, including bacca and techy, all 5 of us didnt want to put up with bacca so we told him to not follow us and we left. He kept following us like 3 times. lots of randoms joined the channel at the same time/just after bacca did so techy banned bacca. Fair to say all the randoms didnt sayu to bacca they didnt want him but they only joined a few seconds prior. Baccas's ban is correct. Techy did the right thing. This information is relevant.
I believe this may have some relevance considering I had my mic muted and didn't poke anyone before/during the time I was banned
I stated before and I will again no more comments on this appeal the next one I see will result in a warning
@BaccaAMP while yes you are correct you do need confirm from all parties to be removed from a channel, this goes a little beyond that. From all the information that I have gathered you continued to record when asked not to and followed users to continue recording them but you did follow them. You need to understand while yes to be asked to leave an channel entirley you need all users agreement, if they move away from you and ask that you not follow you need to respect that. At this time I will be denying this appeal. Please re-appeal keeping in mind what has been said here. In your next appeal I would like you to state in your appeal that you understand what I have said here. Appeal Denied
