Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Okay, so this is going to be a long one. I have been on this server for quite some time now and not only do I feel love for this server but I feel it is a very unique one as well. When I was initially banned, it was because I did not pay @partyman909's money and he then reported me. At that time I did have the money in my bal and wanted to pay him but I did not get a chance to get online at the same time as him. Then, during the week (which I am not allowed to play because of parent's rules) he posted a complaint and I had no idea what went on when I came back during the weekend. Yes, it was a miscommunication but it was mostly my fault because @partyman909 strictly did tell me that I needed to pay him or the next day he would report me. My bad, I agree with that entirely. That is not all sadly, I also had a problem with @MinecraftParkerH when I broke his star tool. My bad completely on that one and there is nothing to say otherwise. I really want to come back on the server and see friendly faces again if that is possible. I just want to know if I have enough time to make things right again. I'm sorry to both @MinecraftParkerH and @partyman909 for the damages I have caused and I would greatly appreciate it if I had one more chance to hop on this server. <3​

It has to be depending on how much time I am given. Also i believe parker said he will rent me a star tool. (Most likely when it is really neccessary)
