Clause 2 - Vulgarity
Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks (see Section 2, Clause 2.1), or any other way of communicating.
Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (eg. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user.
Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence which may result in a ban with no warnings given.

Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule vulgarity means you cannot use any language that would harm or disrupt someone. This includes any words not commonly recognised as swears, if they are insulting or discriminative to another player.

The rule scamming means it is wrong to steal from other peoples money or items. It is against the rules to trick or deceive another player for financial gains.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel I should be unbanned because I have taken the time over my hiatus to think about what I have done, and why I would like to correct my wrong doings on the server. I believe that a chance at redemption would benefit everyone on the server in a multitude of ways. I promise that I will not break any of the server rules as I feel that the server deserves an load of respect, and to break these rules or sit on the border of them would be plain disrespectful. I know I was in the wrong, and I would like to come back and prove to myself and everyone in the ECC family that I am a changed person now. I have a lot to prove yes, but rest assured that you will be convinced. I promise if given the chance to prove myself, I will repay all my debts and better myself and make a positive impact and perspective here on Ecocitycraft. My actions back then were immature, but I am ready to better myself to fix what I've done wrong, pay back my debts & start being a productive member of Ecocitycraft once again.​
