Scamming (MinecraftParkerH & _Sharpy)​

Section 3 - Economy and Transactions - Clause 2 - Scamming

- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means that you can't quit during the deal, in this case a payment plan (@MinecraftParkerH) and the replacement payment of an efficiency 7 pickaxe (@_Sharpy), and especially you shouldn't quit because you've lost interest in trying to get the money for them.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel like there's no reason to unban me. I felt bad for Sharpy and Parker when I got banned, and I've made wrong decisions in-game so it could happen.
If I don't get unbanned, by this;
@_Sharpy, I'm really sorry about your effieciency 7 pickaxe ($750,000 at the time),
and
@MinecraftParkerH, I don't remember what I did. I thought I gave you back the melon sword. I'm not sure. Correct me if I'm wrong. (Mswords were around $1,000,000 at the time).
I do have quite a busy school year (9th grade, yay...!), so I could negotiate an amount I pay to one another each week or so (If so, I would like the person handling this ban appeal to PM me on the forum for discussion).
