Reason of Ban: Loan scamming of 1.2 million ECD that belongs to Averagejoe2012

Clause 2 - Scamming

• A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
• Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Section 6 - Unfair Play
Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts

• Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
• An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to:
  • Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own.
  • Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).
• If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.
• If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
• Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
Scamming: This means you may not scam a player money or items you don't have or can not fullfit.
Bypassing: This means you can not get on the server before unbanned. This will be unfair for people who can't, and your banned for a reason, not for nothing.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel like I need to payback the one involved in this (Averagejoe2012), because there is something in my heart saying I should, because it was in no way fair. I should've paid Joe the in total 1.2 million + 200k late fee already, which I didn't. It had personal reasons with school starting and receiving lots of homework, and some depressions with made it impossible to play. I would really like to pay Joe the money back. Not sure if I will return after that, because the trust in me is heavily damaged, but I just need to get back to pay Joe the money he owns back. My heart spoke here.
(P.S. We will need to make a payment schedule and when I start paying back. You guys need to understand I need to start all over again. So give me time to start up and I will ASAP start paying back then(If I return).)
