Hello jammydodger999, I am glad that you want to appeal your ban and rejoin our server, but before you do there are a few things I want to say. First off, using any third party program to get an advantage on this server is not tolerated at all, and is always a ban when detected. I am glad that you have removed nodus from your client and are back to running no mods, or just mods that are legal on this server again. If you are unbanned, I hope you do not repeat the actions that lead you to getting banned, and you have used your day off to rethink your actions. If you get unbanned or not is up to the supermod+ that reviews this case, I recommend you take a moment to read up on the server rules ,found here. Rule Broken: Section VI Clause I: Use of hacking clients Left unlocked for review and decision by a supermod+.
Please be patient, and stop bumping your ban appeal. It will be viewed and dealt with whenever a supermod has time.
They were denied because you put no effort into them. Simply stating your ban reason, with no remorse, is not enough to get unbanned. You actually have to feel sorry that you did something wrong, not just state what happened.
jammydodger999, The use of Nodus, hacked clients, or modifications to the original Minecraft client used to gain an unfair advantage on EcoCityCraft is not tolerated and is a highly punishable offense. The first thing you should do when you joined EcoCityCraft is read our server rules or at least do /rules were is specifically says that the use of a hacked client, Nodus, X-Ray is not allowed. You will need to take a few days to read our server rulesright down to the last article. Please make sure you read this rule very closely: In the event of your unbanning, I do not want to see you get banned again for any reason at all. Whether it be griefing, inappropriate language, or the use of another hacked client, your name should only show up when you file a complaint and not because you have been banned again. After discussing with a few staff members and reviewing this appeal, we have all come to the conclusion on your ban length. In response to your posts above, it has only been 1 day. Please be patient. We handle appeals whenever we get the chance to. Failure to wait patiently will just result in a delayed response. Temporarily banned for 4 days.
