Minecraft Username: Coltdog2001 Reason of Ban: Moderate Grief at BuilderFarm Rule violated: Clause 1 - Griefing Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town. When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback. Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Do not Grief buildings or structures that are not yours inside of a town unless aloud Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: On the First floor I had Always replanted, it may have looked like i was the one not planting cause i was harvesting over in that area, but i will admit that I nerd Pulled up to about 5th level and harvested 2 rows there. The only reason i did that was cause lift wasn't working and the 1st floor was devastated with growing or not planted crops. I Will not Grief like that again and if i want to get up there i will ask admin for tp or just wait for lift fix.

Hello Coltdog2001, I am glad to see that you have appealed your ban, I do want to point out a few small things in your appeal however. I was the smod to handle the grief report, and to ban you for the grief, and it was not only 1-2 rows that had not been replanted however multiple parts of multiple floors. However you do admit to your actions of not replanting so I will be giving you a tempban at this time. During the tempban I want you to read all of our servers rules again, to make sure yo understand them, and that a situation like this doesnt occur again.
