There is $0.01 more in my balance shown in tab and there is $0.01 cent less in my /balance. When I get paid $0.01 It simply adds $0.01 to each balance.
That's because the one in tab rounds to the nearest cent, while the one in /bal rounds down to the nearest cent. You could have $0.019 and in tab it would look like $0.02, while in /bal it would look like $0.01
