All players who live in Awesomeburg will be given access to the building when requested. All items are free to take if you are using them. If your found to have /sold anything to the server or are keeping things because you may want them later, you will be evicted from town with no compensation on your plot purchase. If you are away for more then 4 weeks without notice, you may be evicted and find your possessions confiscated. In the event you have a planned leave for even several months, simply let us know and your home will be saved. In the event your lot remains vacant after purchase you have 7 days before an eviction notice may be served. You will have 3 days to do something with your plot. If no sign of activity is shown, your will forfeit your plot and any payments. Again, if you need more time, let us know and your plot will be saved. Look up my history if your worried about losing your stuff. I generally do not evict players unless I have a good reason. You can see that for yourself. My big eviction day is the server LWC cleanup day once a year.
