Awesomeburg! A Builder Friendly Town

Welcome to my second town of Awesomeburg. I am Crezarius, Mayor of the town and KMaxwell is the Co-Mayor. This is a great town for new (and experienced) players looking for an active community, lots of features and inexpensive plots. Town Features
~ Mass Eviction to reclaim the town for any purposes will NEVER happen!

~ Town Portal - Located on Floor 6, green line. In Awesomeburg it can be found on the amazing Yacht built by jasoni12
~ No height building restrictions
~ No depth building restriction
~ No material or building types are restricted.
~ Free Access to Wheat Farm, Currently 16x16x6 (being expanded)
~ Subway System througout town makes moving around quicker and linked to 7 neighbouring towns.
~ You can use the PvP arena and 2 [Heal] Signs in my first town of Awesometopia (connected by subway and soon by portal)
~ Resell Purchased Property for ANY amount (hopefully a profit)

Inactivity Rules
===========
As far as inactivity in the town. If you are away for more then 2 weeks without notice, you will be evicted and find your possessions confiscated. In the event you have a planned leave for even several months, simply let us know and your home will be saved.

In the event your lot remains vacant you have 4 days before an eviction notice is served. You will have 3 days to do something with your plot. If no sign of activity is shown, your will forfeit your plot and any payments. Again, if you need more time, let us know and your plot will be saved.
