Antcubing auctioned "4 stacks, 2 red, 2 brown" for 250. I bid 250, he said "hold on dan." After two mins said "auctioning 4 stacks of mushrooms starting at 260" I asked him where my shrooms were, and told him that he cant withdraw an auction, then he said "okay, I bid 260." Both of the things that occurred aren't allowed, and he still refuses to give me my mushrooms. Rezon was a witness, and tried to help explain the rules to him. Nova pirate said "I'm a witness" as well. This is NOT the first time he's held a false auction, and I'd like it if something were done since I've been cheated out of an auction.
Okay, so it would go unheard of if i started doing fake auctions every 5 minutes? I don't think so. Some of the best rules are left unwritten. This should be dealt with.. considering I have three people involved that were on my side of the argument.
1. I did not do this before 2. You want me banned for this? HAHA! Please. 3. That is not even against the rules 4. The only reason you posted this is because you have a personal grudge against me, and you know it. Lol.
Warning, kick... Don't always assume we only ban as punishment. :/ I agree there needs to be better guidelines/rules for auctioning, even though it's too hard to monitor. And either way, a complaint is a complaint. Once there is enough complaints, something is done. We don't want people around who upset or bothers others. :/
It could also have been a jail sentence. However I do think we should get some kind of auction system/rules because I have noticed this happening way too much lately and there have been too many complaints on it.

Wow... Something being done could mean returning the money, jailtime, a fine, ban, kick, temporary ban, so many things. don't assume he meant ban and then get pissed about it. The more you get pissed the more chance of worse punishment you have.
I havent held one of these before This isnt a rule so i shouldnt be punished I am not "pissed" at all. Just stating facts.
There's no rule against paying someone to demolish everything you've built either, but it's obviously not suggested, now is it? I've seen many members of staff, including Andrew, yell at people for false auctions.
