I am auctioning off a beautiful starter house that comes with lots of amenities, perfect for builders! (note: you do not have to be a builder to bid)​

You must agree to follow the town rules in order to win this auction!​

The town rules are listed in the town's capital building.​

Here are some pictures of the house itself. There are 3 floors and a very small personal farm in the backyard.​

The first floor has 3 regular chests, an enderchest, and of course a crafting table and furnace.​

The second floor also has 3 chests and a crafting table.​

​

The third floor has an enderchest and a skylight.​

​

But wait! There's more! These chests aren't just empty, they include starter items! Here is a sneak peak at the contents of the chests, but there is more included than what is shown.​

Also included with perms to the town are perms to the public farms and mines!​

The auction will be completed on Wednesday, April 16th around 4pm EST, so get your bids in! If you have any questions about the house or if you would like to see it in person, pm me and I will teleport you to give you a tour of the house and the town.​
