Well, my momma used to say "As a staffmember, when you've got nothing nice to say, say nothing at all". But since I'm not a staffmember I can say what I want.. well.. within the limits of the rules that is. Besides, these posts of yours are silly. I don't even know why you keep posting despite being trolled to death each time you post. It's weird.
"At last something helpful" A thread title like this tells me something inflammatory is probably about to be said. How about let's just all get along peacefully?
This makes you look worse in my opinion. Complaining/stating that you will never give up on staff, and continuously bringing it up truly makes you look like an attention hog (another word can be put there...) and you look foolish.
