What are you suggesting:

With Patron, that /rg list works in Archive as it does in Main if you have Investigator+, listing ALL regions in the world, not just ones you are a member of.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Since Archive is essentially a museum, any way which makes it easier to navigate Archive is a benefit, in my opinion. This feature would be great not only for people like me who want to visit every town on archive, but also for people who want to visit a town they USED to be a member of if they don't quite remember the name. Looking through the list, or having someone with Patron look through the list could jog their memory (ie. "I remember it starts with "farm"). This would also provide more value to Patron on Archive, and I think it'd be great! ​

Other information:

You can see a list of all warps with /warp list, /rg list showing ALL regions in the world you are in to people with Patron on Archive just makes sense. Can't see any downsides to this change, since users who still only want to see the list of towns they are a member of can do /rg list -p (username).​

Putting a /rg list sign at spawn is a good idea, however it is not the point of this suggestion. I've edited the suggestion for clarity, as it was very poorly written and I see how it was confusing.
