    So I have enough money for mayor. And i'm still building my town. Can I still apply for mayor while my town is still being built?

    Yes, you can. Just make sure you leave 4 signs at each corner of town for the posts.

    Most people start building their town after they apply for Mayor. It reduces the chance of griefing and the need to re-add all your residents after you get your town.
