Appledore is a town for all members new and old. I am dedicated to providing people with a nice, practical place to live in instead of a dirt hole in the wild.​

Plots Available:
10x10 for $500
15x15 for $1125
20x20 for $2000

Plot rules:
- The plot is defined as the grass area you are given and you may not go outside the plot without permission
- Do not break or place blocks on a plot that is not yours without permission from the plot owner.
- Digging under the plot is now banned. For various reasons

8x17 rooms are available for $1000

Spoiler: Prebuilts

Each prebuilt house is designed by myself and each one has been built on a creative world before building them in the town
The insides of the prebuilts are empty, mainly because I'm hopeless with interior design. You are free to do as you wish with the interior.
I may also be able to build a house to your chosen specification but this will cost more and will depend on the space available.
The prebuilts have also been built with space in mind hence the slight lack of detail but I've tried to make them as nice as possible.

The price range of these houses is 7-15k

- Farm
Just spent all your money on a plot or apartment? Spend your time here and earn it back easily. This town farm is ideal for earning a quick buck or two. All I ask in return is you follow the farm rules.
- Pumpkin axes are now available to use for trusted town members.
- The Farm is currently ~85x60 and takes up most of the space in the town.

- Town vaults
Too many chests clogging up your house? Take up some space in the town vaults. Additional info can be found at the vaults

- Town shops
Too lazy to walk to the server shops? Get some basic materials from the town shop.

- Brewing room
Feel like drugging yourself silly with potions? Create them here.

- Stables
Don't want to sell your horse to local supermarkets to be turned into horse meat? You may store your horse here for free.
Horse equipment is also sold here.

- Town cooking pots
Sick of cooking your potatoes in a slimy, mouldy old furnace. Use our cooking pots to smelt, cook anything you want.
- These cooking pots are available not limited to town members but everyone on the server. Just remember that I can't stop people stealing items so be careful when using them.

-Ereps
Free ereps. Yes thats right, free ereps to all town members. I can not repair broken hearts however
- There is now an Erep room and upon joining you will get a chest. Only you and myself can access the chest. I will repair anything in it when you want or when I have time.

- Donation features
Lost all your donation savings on lottery again? Mail me with what you need.

Spoiler: Eviction rules

You will be evicted from the town after 7 days of inactivity. You are free to return however your plot may be demolished and you must repay for the plot.
If you know you are going to be inactive then please make sure I know through pm or even a sign on your plot.
