Hello Boombox51, As you can read about here. Nodus has been made illegal on our sever. It does not matter if you are afk or even using its features. If you are found to have it installed then you will be banned. That being said, I am really glad to see you want to join us again here on ECC! Please remove Nodus from your computer and read over all our server rules here while you wait for a supermod + to decide your fate. Unlocked for supermod +

While the changed rules are fairly new, they are not an excuse for being unaware of them. In the general discussion forum, I generally post threads when major rule changes are made, to make everyone aware of the changes so that they can cease any actions that may get them in trouble. I suggest in the future you check the forums every day or two to make sure you're up to date on all major changes that may not be completely obvious in game, because while they don't necessarily happen often, it's better to keep up to date than to get in trouble. That being said, it is a new rule, and after extensive discussion with Unknown and other supermods/game admins/WeWinAgain, we've decided to issue a 2 day temp ban for this. I will note that all future bans for using the Nodus client will most likely be much more severe than this. 2 day temp ban issued/Locked.
