Hi Zack, Thank you for taking the time to re-apply after all the confusion. Seeing as you were banned quite some time ago, I'd like to review the rules specifically in which you were banned for. Regardless of who was on your account during the time, ultimately your account is your responsibility. You do what you need to do to ensure the safety of your account. Here on ECC, we have a very low tolerance level for vulgarity in chat. As for your skin, it's very simple. Just don't have an inappropriate skin.
