Minecraft Username: TomKellyCreeper Reason: --- Counter-Reason: I wanted to purchase an Enchanted Repair and right after i said it two people asked to teleport to me. Gave him my tools, so he could repair them and he just kept the tools, saying he was "lagging" and that was the reason he flew away from me with my tools + i paid him. Also right after taking my tools and flying away he says "Nope", "My tools suck" taking my tools.... After 1-2 min i said i would file a complaint and he asked to TP back, when he was standing right in front of be and could've just returned me instantly. I believe that if i didn't say that i would have filed a complaint he would just have kept the tools. Evidence: Took some screenshots during the trade. I returned the tools, no issue here. I was lagging in the area. I would also like to point out he harassed me in global alot over such a minor thing... :/
I still don't understand how lagging can make you "fly" away when you just walked around in front of me when you wanted to "repair" my tools. You said that "i have my fly on" when argumenting for why you flew away. You're making some stupid excuses like lagging. If you lagged you would just stand or move a bit, but why? why would you fly away and then ask for a tp back when you were just there? I even paid instantly. It dosen't feel nice when you ask for someone to repair your tools and then he flies away with them and writes "No, your tools suck"
I I will confirm this. Whatdude was obviously ignoring what Tom was saying through global chat. Whatdude continued to talk about that he was being ripped off. Tom explained to him that he was lagging in the area so he flew off to tp whatdude to him into a lag-free environment so he could return his tools. He even sent him a tp request to whatdude, which then he refused.
Yes, they were returned after saying i would file a complaint, after he flew away and pmed me. He said that he wanted me to file a complaint because he said i had no proofs(argumentations) also said he would get me banned if i posted a complaint.
Why would he need to fly away ? Cant he just repair the tools and give them back to me? He was acting like he ripped me off. Was that PM really needed after he had my tools? You think so? Also at some other time he said he would buy diamonds from me (100) but he never paid me and i dropped 1 to show him that i really had diamonds, and he tped away.
I will be locking this considering nothing has been lost. In the future make sure you get a verbal agreement that this person is fixing your tools prior to tossing them to him and screenshot that agreement. That will help avoid any major problems. Revan Complaint Locked - Issue Resolved
