Across two 'protected' locations, samples of nether wart were lost from farms. While I am inclined to argue that the parties soliciting permissions to their land should be taking control of this situation and not appealing immediately to the administrators, that's not how it happened; so, we can work it out from here. I have volunteered to completely compensate both involved for whatever losses they may have suffered. For what it's worth, I'm truly sorry and, like I said, I will try my best to reverse the damages and even assist in ensuring that it doesn't happen again. I just wish that I were given a chance to handle this issue before it required the attention of a moderator. Over the past few days I've really enjoyed being introduced to this server and would hate to lose what experience I've had thus far due to something so avoidable. I'm submitting this second appeal because of how much I appreciate this server, and I think that says a lot about my position. Would someone who plays to grief the server be so persistent? I'm sorry. Hello @Sheldon22 , Glad to see you have appealed. As resident rank, I expect you to have read the server rules upon applying for the rank, therefore you should have understood the consequences of grief. Grief is defined as outline below: The town owner had all rights to filing that grief report as you did not replant. Towns with farms often mean the residents rely on the farm as a source of income. When you take your share of the crop and do not replant, it causes loss of money for the residents of the town who must then purchase new seeds and spend time to replant. It's not fair for the town owner or the residents. As this is your first offense of this nature, I will be unbanning you however issuing a 2 hour temp ban on your account. In that time, I strongly urge you to read over our server rules here to familiarize yourself with them.
