Minecraft Username: SenorBadass07 Reason: Grief in Corinth Counter-Reason: I do believe that I was deserving of this ban for griefing, since I did grief a farm knowingly, and not replant what I had taken, I do not have any excuse for my actions, it was entirely wrong of me to grief at all, but previously due to the mass griefing I have seen on my own house, and on those of other peoples' in several towns, wrongly led me to believe that griefing was not checked on this server, despite the rules stating otherwise. I do enjoy this server very much, and I now know that actions do have consequences in Ecocitycraft, I will apologise to the owner of the farm and pay them compensation for the damage I did if I am unbanned (can you please send me the grief report so I know who I griefed, since I genuinely cannot find it). And I sincerely apologise for the trouble I have caused them and moderators in dealing with the situation, if I am unbanned I will not grief anybody or cause trouble again. And thank you for giving banned players the opportunity to appeal against it. Evidence: None unfortunately.
Hey Lord Barddles, First off, unfortunately you need to change your forum username to your in game username. You can do this by forum pming Andrewkm or WewinAgain. Secondly, thank you for owning up to your actions and knowing what you did was wrong. I'm glad you will, if unbanned, apologize for your actions and compensate the owner of the farm. While we wait for a Super Moderator+ to decide what happens to you, I'd highly reccomend reading over our server rules. Please get your user name fixed asap first. Also KMaxwell was the one to ban you and I can't find a grief report so it must have been something she either saw you do or there are more circumstances around this banning that only she would know. At this time I will leave this open for KMax to reply, but in the meantime you would still need your forum name changed to match so that we know you are really you, and this isn't someone else appealing for another user. No I am definitely SenorBadass07, and I have sent a PM to andrewkm and WewinAgain, hopefully it'll be changed soon. And the only other circumstance I can think there'd be is if the owner of the farm told her about it ingame, other than that I do not know.
I was called to the scene by the farm owner to investigate the damage, and while checking what was done to the farm, in the form of crops taken, I was advised by witnesses of a chat conversation between yourself and another user regarding plans to 'go hit the farm'. There is a normal process to follow for a grief report, and while, yes, there isn't one posted for this grief, I made the judgement call to ban you for it as it wasn't an accident, but a premeditated act on your part. You have stated you knew of the rule against griefing in a protected town, yet you do so anyway, assuming it 'wouldn't be checked'. Once your forum name is changed correctly, reply here again and we will further consider your appeal.
I did explain why I thought it would be unchecked since similar griefs against me that I have reported to one of the mayors in that town have gone unchecked (Oakfield). But of course it is no excuse for what I've done, it was premeditated, and I did know of the rules, I will reply again once the username is changed, and hopefully if unbanned I can make amends.
I am the mayor of Corinth and I believe that he is truly sorry and that he should have a second chance on this server.
