I don't expect you to believe that I mean this, but I truly do and from the bottom of my heart hope you read this. I was a very rude, immature child to you just before I got banned. Not realizing how much it would suck to get banned, I gave up trying. If this is accepted, you will be the first I talk to, and sincerely apologize for my actions. Last time you were given a chance and a pretty big timeframe to pay back all of us, however you were unable to. Instead of personally apologizing or trying to contact any of us regarding the problem, you simply stated several times that you became bored of the server, and pretty much that you don't have the intention of paying us back. "Eventually once you play long enough on a server, it gets boring." I don't know if you really genuinely sorry about your actions or if you are simply trying to get another X month free-ride in the server. At this point, I've already considered those $75,000 I paid you to be lost forever. If you're going to get unbanned to finally pay us back, let it be, but I want it this time to be more controlled to ensure you at least make an effort to make up for your wrongdoings. I just want the Staff Team to hear me out with this suggestion. If schloty is getting unbanned, please assign him with individual deadlines to pay each of us back rather than a single, big one. That way at least we will know quickly if he has the slightest intention of paying us back.
As a person who is one of the victims of his scam actions, I am replying in this thread. I think I have enough rights to reply as person who kept trying to get back by contacting him numerous times, but eventually failed get back the money from him, during his first appeal's given time(3 months). And I think my opinion can help to staff on measuring schloty21's mind and attitude based on how his past attitude was. And I really disagree on accepting this appeal. I know I am not the one who is making final decision. I was really pissed off at his last moment's rude attitude and manner. If staff allows him to unban again, I think he will constantly use this ecc's system going on and on, forever like... Getting banned, and appeal and comeback, and get bored earning money and get banned again without paying back, and after for while he starts to miss ecc again, and post another appeal, but still not willing to pay back, and get banned again.. this will be forever.. Seriously, I don't even care about 100k that he owes me. what it worries me more, is that he is constantly using this ecc's ban appeal system in his own advantage.. To continue playing ecc in his own way of getting banned and unbanned... And I don't want to see this guy playing ecc for free without feeling any pressure about duty of his own debt... I really did realize that he is not willing to pay at all. If he felt at-least of sorriness to victims, he couldn't possibly ever showed that kinda worst attitude towards me on last moment of his due date on getting banned. He literally made fun of me when he is responding to my ingame mail, and forum pm, and insulted me in a way like "I am not seeing you never! I hope staff keeps this word. If he gets un-banned again, I will be totally disappointed of how staffs are handling the situations. And if he does get un-banned, I don't think he should get too long period, because it's just helping him not feel the real pressure, and only making him feel "freedom"..

Only one thing I want to say to you. Why didn't you at-least showed bit of apologizing attitude to me, but only showing the rude attitude? You shouldn't be like that if you really wanted to convince victims and staff, if you wanted the second chance.. After your attitude, your appeal looks only like you want to take advantage of "generous ban appeal system of ecc". That's all I can say now. You digged your own grave on making me lose credits on you completely. And not just me. other victims who didn't get back the money, they already considered almost as "lost money" after so much time has past, and the irresponsible attitude that you showed. And if his appeal get's accepted(which I really really don't want.. I don't care about my 100k anymore), I agree on what quefueve suggested, that staff keeps track on how he is paying, by more detailed step by step plans... and I think victims have rights to track on his current balance, or if that's really not allowed, staff needs to constantly check his balance and force him to pay the money to victims when it's possible.. My point is.. "Give him the real pressure! Not just free time!" One more thing. During that 3 months, multiple conversations between schloty21 and me was made, and he never showed any kinda "sorry mode" or "apologizing mode" ever to me. I was the one who was keep asking and begging and keep checking when can it be done, but he only talked like he owns the key of this whole conversation and made me feel like I am the one who is begging... I really felt like somethings wrong here, that situation is like totally backward.. I think he is only showing this "I am truly sorry" mode to staffs who has power to make decision on his faith, only in ban appeal post.

Considering that, I would suggest you take screenshots of each and every payment you send them.
