Reason:
Use of a hack client ( fast-breaking) .
The only reason why I was fast-breaking was because someone had recently stolen/scammed/cheated/.. (you name it ) my melon sword , and I really wanted to get another melon sword badly. It took me nearly two months of hard work and perseverance to get what I really wanted, the melon sword. However , it only took that person(person who scammed me) 15 seconds . Just 15 seconds for that person (person who scammed me) to take away what I’ve been working so hard for( my melon sword) for the past two months. I was utterly dejected and it was a very painful situation for me. I have worked so hard to get to where I am and what I wanted, and it really frustrates me when others decide to cheat.

That’s how I came to a conclusion that fast-breaking was the best idea to take the easy way out. I didn’t see the point in playing legitimately in ECC anymore. I mean, what’s the point of playing legitimately, when you can just take the easy way out and become an affluent player in ECC. After all you will still be scammed by someone in one way or another.

That was how I fall into temptation of fast-breaking. I’ve been a rather imbecile person, I knew it was wrong but I still did it. It has definitely been very ironic haha.

Counter-Reason:
1) After reflecting on what Tommy_T had told me before I was banned, I finally understood that what I’ve been doing (fast-breaking) was entirely wrong. (and also thanks for the encouragement Tommy_T ^_^)

2) I understand that Fastbreak and other exploits/mods can be very detrimental to the stability of the server's economy, and thus to the community, and that these offenses are taken very seriously.

3) Even though I’ve only joined the forums on the 25th of June 2013, however, I’ve actually been playing in this server for nearly 7-8 months. I’ve always relished playing in this server and i’ve never regretted playing in this server. Till today, I have no intention of harming any players nor the economy in ECC.

4) I have also read up on the server rules, and have reflected on my actions.
I have committed the offense of section VI , Clause I.

Section VI: Hacking, Exploiting and Unfair Play
Clause I: Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, and teleport hacking is not tolerated - as with all other hacking. This includes x-ray hacking, as well as x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (this includes glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Hacked clients include, but are not limited to, the Nodus client.
Discussion of hacking and hacked clients is also off limits, as we do not allow them here we also do not discuss them.

5) I also understand that the fact that I had no priors, first offence of illegal modding is a 3-days temporary ban. As such, I will continue using these 3 days to reflect on my actions and I vow to not commit the same mistake ever again, and that this will never become an issue ever again.
