Minecraft Username: johnny_gx Reason: Grief in cyclonecity (viewtopic.php?f=59&t=28267) Counter-Reason: First of all, it was pretty late when I was just done farming. I went to my home to place some of the items back in the chest to get back and replant the wheat, and after that I'd go sleep. Weird enough, my connection started to cause for trouble. After waiting 10 minutes more my connection was still shut off, and I decided to just turn of my computer and went to my bed. I planned to plant them back tomorrow, but unfortunaly, Topicdogg saw it before I could've replanted it and he thought it was a griefing action. This wasn't my purpose to do this and I will replant the whole ca. 2000 plots for topicdogg if I'll get unbanned. My friends offered even to help me. Plus me and my friends were pretty helpfull for the city, because we helped building the park. Evidence:N/A I understand this was my fault and I will make sure it won't happen again.

I was just wondering about how you got into the farm, because if I remember right I (or a co-mayor) didn't gave you access to it. Correct me if I'm wrong but i think you broke into the farm by using ladders to get up. That was the first thing I noticed at the farm, so I removed the ladders because I didn't think it was worth it to file a grief report for that. Only after that I noticed the missing wheat and filed a grief report. Sorry if this is confusing, I'm not really at my best today. p.s.: i also found the chests with the wheat and seeds in your house that were unlocked so i took them. I also took the other unlocked chests and filed an lwc removal for the locked chests/furnaces/doors.
Topic has let me know in-game that your non-wheat/seed items might be returned if you are unbanned and make amends for what you have done. He has also removed you from the town which is his right as a mayor. A SuperMod will be by later to determine the length of your ban, we take griefing very seriously. RagMan
Sorry if I'm breaking the rules right now by responding to a ban appeal, but I couldn't find any rules about it anywhere. So, about what Topic has said, Johnny had permission to actually enter the farm, since it was free for anyone who had a plot there. He had a plot there, so he didn't break in, plus I builded the ladders because the elevator still didn't work, so I though it was pretty obvious we should get up there in another way, since Topic didn't do anything about it, and we told him multiple times if he could fix it but he wouldn't, or couldn't do anything about it. So he didn't actually break in, it was our way to get up there untill the elevators would work. I wanted to explain it to you, but after seeing you in johnny's house etc. I all forgot about it. This isn't Johnny his fault, it was mine. Also, look at the cyclone city thread (viewtopic.php?f=813&t=25510): It says that the non-residents also have free access to the city farm. So, Johnny was a resident, so he would have anyways free access to the town farm. He couldn't break in, because he had permission to go in.
I stand as withness, and my testemony is: the farm was made public in the morning, and this happend later that day, in the evening this was written on the signs outside the farm gate.
but than again, he never mean to grief, and he was forced to grief by a failling internet connection. and also, trepassing Johnny_gx's house and stealing the content of the chest, is also concidderd grieving.
he was banned I didn't know he was going to get unbanned I just got in the house to look for possible lwc removals then I found unlocked chests and took then. Also I didn't see one single comment from johnny himself, so he isn't really paying attention to this. I would just like some more input from him then from you guys!
Even though he didn't mean to grief it happened to his account so it's his/her responsibility. He should have came back on and replanted the wheat. Also topicdogg owns the town do he is allowed to kick/tear down players houses if he want's too so it doesnt count as grefing because it topicdogg's town and he can do what he wants. I suggest that you guys let a mod come to it I'm sure Johnny will be unbanned. Sorry to mini mod but i don't want a flame war xD
Well that's the thing about a weird connection is that it's kinda hard to come back on to fix a grief in the event that you can't get on the server.. I honestly don't believe that this is a grief to be taken seriously, as there's been some connection issues and Topic is clearly having issues getting the rules laid out in his town and conveyed to all of his residents. I agree he has the right to remove johnny, but, I'm going to highly recommend getting his rules straightened out and clear as this isn't the only issue involving him I'm seeing in this forum today. User has been unbanned. Locked.
