Minecraft Username: Jobin_Whiffer1 Reason of Ban: Breach of contract Rule violated: Failed to return 800k to a user via payment plan. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: I was supposed to pay 800k to a user in one month time, in return for his eff7 pickaxe. I failed to return the money, and was instantly banned after the month. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Honestly, I don't think I deserve to be unbanned. I feel so bad for failing to return the player's money. If I could take it back, I would in an instant. I never meant to scam him, and I feel absolutely horrible for it. It was just an act of really, really bad timing. During this month of time in which I was supposed to be generating the money for paying back for the tool, I had a lot of stuff going on irl. For one, I went to an out of state soccer tournament in Kansas city for 5 days. Then when the tournament was over, high school soccer tryouts started. These tryouts were going on every day for 4 hours, and went on for a week. After tryouts were done, training started the next day, and training was very long as well (I made the varsity team, so the training was extremely intense, so when I got home I often would eat dinner then fall asleep to be ready for the next day of practice). On top of soccer, I had just asked this wonderful girl to be my girlfriend, so I devoted a lot of time to being with her. And on top of THIS, I had just been asked to be part of MYSA's recruiting staff (for recruiting new referees for local clubs), so I had to put a lot of time into the new job. Now, I did get some time to play ECC during this month, however given the circumstances, it was not enough time to pay the full amount back. Now, I can't blame it all on these contributing factors, given that they were all my decisions - I CHOSE to try out for soccer, I CHOSE to ask this girl to be my girlfriend, and I CHOSE to take this new job, knowing very well that they would be taking up a lot of my time. So yes, I cannot blame it all on those events. I wish I could end there, but it gets worse. During the month, I knew that I wouldn't have enough time to make the money, so I decided to sell the pickaxe to get enough to just pay him back. So I sold it for 850k to one of my old friends on ECC. However, when I tried to contact the user I was supposed to pay back, it said he had been offline for 13 days. So I was extremely stupid and assumed that he had quit or something. So I used the money for myself, buying nstars and lotto tickets and whatnot :/ I can't believe I did something so stupid, and I will never forgive myself for it. If I were to put myself in the user's shoes, I would want me to be banned as well, so I can't complain for being banned. This is more of an apology and an act of straight up hope that the ECC staff team will show some mercy on me. But I completely and fully understand if I am to remain banned. ECC has been such an awesome server, and I'm so glad I was part of it for 3 years! I hope to be on again soon, but as I said before - I understand if I am not to be unbanned. Thank you for reading.

I unfortunately have not. I logged in the day after the deadline and I was banned without any communication with the user
Thank you for coming clean, @Jobin_Whiffer1 . Breach of contract on our server is a very serious offense, and it never taken lightly. In your appeal you mentioned your attempt to make money, and with your appeal you seem very sincere. That being said, I will be accepting your appeal, however you will have a 3 day temporary ban for your actions. After this time is up, and when you're allowed back onto the server, you'll be required to pay back @Svengali33 the full 850k in a matter of 8 weeks from your unbanning.
