Minecraft Username: HuntFishLive Reason: "Aiding in the attempted scam of an efficiency 7 pickaxe." Counter-Reason: I have no counter reason. I see that what I did was wrong. This is my first scam and I know it was wrong. I also know the rules quite well, and knew this was going to get me banned. I was broke and saw the opportunity to make quick cash. Now the only reason I am banned is because I turned myself in. It takes a lot of guts to do that, and I am actually surprised with myself. I'm not to happy that MSU blamed me for "pressuring" him into his own plan. I promise you this won't happen again. This is my first scam and I guarantee it will be the last. I'll get eandy's pick renamed and repaired and pay the costs, and pay him the money I made off of using the pick. I'll also be willing to buy him a $15 donation feature of his choosing if he wishes. That goes to show how honestly sorry I am. ECC is my life and if I don't get unbanned, I don't know what I'll do. Again I'm sorry eandy, and I apologized profusely, and that is all I can do. If the staff does decide to unban me, please wait till after the 21st of July so that I can think about what I've done. Thank you to all, and sorry to the staff who's time I wasted in this reckless act. Evidence: None.
Bro i was skyping you and msu at the time you're just as guilty if not more i dont like how you completely pin this on him when you told him to do it and if you love ecc so much and are such a good person then why tell him to scam an eff7 and then go and pick it up get it renamed and hiding it for him really dude own up to your actions instead of making it seem like msu is the guilty one and you are so innocent sorry mods but i believe this is relevant since i was in the skype call at the time and know everything that happend. -This is my last comment i apoligize if it is not relevant
Bro you blammed me for everything all i did was take it you did all the renaming, lying, and you said half the stuff i said in my appeal at besides you dont care if ur getting banned because ur moving to tenesse anyway! First off, kudos on forgiving yourself so easily, and for having "a lot of guts". I'll reiterate some of what I said in MSU's ban appeal. I wonder whether or not your sorry you stole it or sorry you got caught. As I said, I would have had to leave ECC forever if I hadn't gotten it back (I had signed a contract buying it on a payment plan an hour before it was stolen). It disturbs me that you went to such lengths to cover it up, holding it for MSU, renaming it, lying about it etc. We all have a lot invested in this server and we need to be able to trust each other. I accept you apology but, I don't know If I honestly believe that you would never do anything like this again.

I honestly think you wrote this from your heart and since you confessed u shouldn't be banned. U shouldn't be blamed but then again you are doing a appeal on scamming so then again you shouldn't be on the server.
I owned up prefusely... Read the complaint. MSU is the one not owning up. I owned up to it. You still haven't. It's up to the staff now. I respect you and your decisions. If I didn't feel bad I wouldn't have jeopardized me and MSU's ECC lives like I did. Sorry again.
oh and @MSU_SPaRtAns321 your comment "your moving to Tennessee" is irrelevant seeing as I leave the 21st. That is 11 days from now. I don't start moving till the 21st and probs wont be back till at least the 24th. But thanks.

@HuntFishLive You are owning up to only holding it. When in reality what you were doing is trying to steal it and not give a cut at all to MSU. You, in my opinion, are more at fault here than MSU. But it is truly up to staff. It would just be nice to see you own up to the entire story and not your fake story.

My religion is more important that you and your ECC life will ever be. I owned up profusely. No I wasn't going to give MSU a "cut" cause there was never anything to give. Note I gave the pick back once MSU left. I knew he would act like this. Me and him are both at fault. We BOTH we're equally into this. Now stay off my religion. Don't ever attack it again. Where did u come from? xD I owned up to everything I did, AND I owned up for MSU to mr eandy. I was the first one to admit my mistakes and I went straight to the person I screwed up with. I'd appreciate it if you got your facts straight before you accused me, but thanks for the input! Now I am tired so I'll read up on the other posts tomorrow morning. Goodnight.
If I remember clearly, you wanted more of the money from the pick cause, and I quote, "I did more than you. I'm the one that stole it."

@HuntFishLive considering you came forward and turned yourself in along with the pick, I will be giving you only a 3 day temp ban. That being said, if you do anything like this again I will be giving you a 3-4 week temp ban. This was completely unacceptable. We will not stand for this type of behavior on ECC.
