MineCraft user name: Gradderz Reason: Alleged X-Ray 6 months ago Counter Reason: I am still, as I did then, retaining my innocence. I believe I was falsely banned from the server for a crime I know I did not commit. It has been 6 months since then, I have played on your server through numerous friends accounts and would really like to play with my own account once again. I understand that X-Ray results in a permanent ban, however I still believe that my case should be rectified and an addendum made for my circumstance of innocence. Evidence: As for evidence, I simply cannot provide any solid evidence. I could provide my jar file, however a counter to that would be that I have edited it. I have been thinking about this for a long time and still cannot produce any hard evidence to support my case, and so I simply give you my word. I promise from the bottom of heart I did not and have not used X-ray. I believe it ruins the gaming experience, being that minecraft is mainly trying to find materials to survive from, or in the servers case, to sell, which in turn you use to survive from. My previous ban appeal was 6 months ago, and was unsuccessful, but please could you look over this one more time and allow me to enjoy your server again. You have my word.
