Minecraft Username: ChocResist Reason: Griefing in Hiketon Counter-Reason: Hi, In regards to my previous appeal and response (here), I understand the issues I have caused at Hiketon. Although there were block placements and spilling of water, I had not completely finished clearing my plot, being aware that there were still 4 days left to clear the whole area. Yes, some of the water was intentional, but other sections of spilt water were due to lagging when attacking blocks, causing more water to spill. I was intending to clear it up in the few days remaining, especially with access to a faster computer in the weekends. The problem, which falls under Section VII, Clause IV: Seizure of Property, states that when a serious breaching of the rules has occurred, the user is banned. Apart from the anger of losing $12,000, causing some problems, it does not seem to be such a serious breach of rules. The second issue was the placement of the sign. Again, although the message may be considered as harrassment, I had placed the sign before the placement and removal of blocks, as a message to alsvid. The sign placement time was before the spilling and block placements, reinforcing my point that it wasn't really out of revenge that there was such a big amount of flooding. I understand that I've caused some problems, but I believe that it does not escalate to a serious breach of rules. Thanks for your consideration!
Hello, No matter how much water you placed or the intent you feel the sign left, you still griefed a town. Grief in a protected is against our community rules found here. The fact that you are not apologizing or showing any form of remorse for your actions, but instead are making excuses for them, leads me to believe that you are not sorry for them.
