I believe this because I have had experience of being Mayor / Co-Mayor. I am good at selling plots and could help make a great town. I am a good salesman and can make money on plots. Its great to see that you want to help a town grow, however i believe this should be posted in the town thread (if there is one), or just as the mayor in game about this!
