Building price: 20k (might change): apartment is now 15k, the cost will be lowerd in 3 days by 5k if more than 1 person asks me for the apartment To buy the building u will need to have some requirements (not many), they are: IGN: Are you ranked resident or higher?: Are u willing to pay the price of the building which is of 20k?
