noticed was trying to get gravel to fill in some lava and when I break blocks all I get is flint no gravel.. Didn't know if u knew it was doing it or if it was suppost to be that way
When breaking gravel there is a chance that the block will drop flint instead of the gravel block. This chance is increased if you use an efficiency tool. So to answer your question, it is nothing unusual and meant to be.
