i have currently bought an on_the_go town (200X200) no portal, and i have seeking help from experienced mayors/presidents to give me some tips on anything from plot prices to height limits. i appreciate any help thank you
I think the going prices for plots is about $15 a block. So a 10x10 would be $1500 and a 20x20 is $6000 etc. I have a small town themed town so i placed a height limit on my plots that is 1.5 times the plot size. A 10x10 would be 15 high and a 20x20 would be 30 high. That's just my input on that. If you want more of a city/skyscraper town, then there really shouldn't be much of a height limit. It's all basically down to what theme you choose or if you choose a theme at all. Also, if you are uneasy about builders in your town, then make a hotel and rent out rooms. You don't have to give them perms and you could prelock their doors and chests.
I do my prices like this: 10x10 would be 1000, because 10x10 = 100 and then I do that x10. Example: 20x20 = 400 x 10 = $4000
I think the hight limit should be 2 floors then 500 to 1k for extras. Also no mining and 10x10 should be 1500 or 2000 AND 20X20 SHOULD BE 3500 TO 4000. oops caps.
i think the same but when u get extra cool stuff and an extra 1k to it so they can use that cool thing for free E.G. some1 buys a 10x10 for 1k theres a farm in anotehr town taht a freinds owns. taht guy pays u 1k then he gets to use your freinds farm something like taht
personally, this is what i would do. make MASS amounts of smaller plots, a few larger, and sell to builders offering a farm, 50x50 with a few floors, and withing a month they will all have left already. BAM. mega profit. then, after you make all that money, flatten town, choose a theme, and make it nice
