Minecraft Username: Jdawger Brief Description: Missing item after anvil Instructions: Not really a step by step, but just combine enchants on an item, put in inventory, open inventory after and gone How many times did you recreate this bug?: Only once for me. I've been using the anvil all day and this is the first I had it happen to me Result: Missing item (Max silk axe, no Sharpness) Expected Result: Obviously the item in inventory Evidence: None, but Backtothepast knows what is up with me
Well... Possible duplicate of https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/160112, depending on the item moving method.
You are asking me whether I could/would/will mess with one of my favorite bug testing targets of all time, the combination of anvils and /own? Added to my to-do list.
@JamieSinn: Clicking on an item while moving the cursor closes the GUI. When the inventory is opened the item will be 'already selected' and I can move it around my inventory. However, disconnecting from ECC between the point of closing the anvil GUI and opening the inventory will keep the item assigned to the player, but it will immeditately drop after the next login. Depending on the circumstances this may be the cause of this report, but I'm not sure yet. Testing it on the left and middle anvil slot has a success rate of ~80%, testing it on the right slot has only worked once so far.
