Description of the issue:

Teleporting to a home within a town. This has happened both when tping from a /home at ground level to a /home at y=15 inside a farm, and when tping from one end of the farm to a /home on the other side. It doesn't happen all the time: sometimes I'm kicked with Speed II potions, sometimes when running, sometimes if I move too quickly after I /home. And sometimes not.​

Reproduction instructions:

Requires multihome, probably Optifine, emphatically not /fly because I am broke.
Method 1 (Documented): /warp to Voxella (shoutout coow). Set a home at the near end of the farm. Keep render distance above 24 chunks; the entire farm has been rendered in most of the times it's happened. /sethome at ground level in voxellanorth above the farm. This is the less common way I get kicked, but, of course, it's the only one that turned up while recording.
Method 2 (Not Documented): Go back to the farm /home you set. Sprint to the far end of the farm. Then, while sprint jumping, or shortly after moving, do /home. Move around at the near end of the farm, maybe spin around really fast.

How many times did you recreate this:

Probably 1 out of every 2 times I /home within the town. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a few hours, sometimes I get 4-6 kicks in a single hour.​
