Remove if this is minimodding... I think that you should link a video (use youtube )at the bottom of your report. Just paste the youtue video url into the photo area. For "reproduction instructions" type how a person can get the false ban glitch to work. (for example, be in a cave and mine while flying). Preferably you could test this multiple times, and get it on video.
