PLOT SIZES:Currently the Nation (Let's just call it a Nation, for the sake of not having to remind you there are two towns) has these available plots waiting eagerly for someone to take them up! Here are the sizes we have open: 10x10 Pre Built Plots: $1,500 ( 15x15 Free-Build Plots: $3,000 20x20 Free-Build Plots: $4,000 25x25 Free-Build Plots: $5,000 30x30 Free-Build Plots: $6,000 40x40 Free-Build Plots: $10,000 We also have other houses available built by me for sale if interested. On thing I will mention here is that there will be no, and I mean NO use of trade signs in an owners plot. We have different stores set up around the Town for this purpose. Here are some pictures! We Currently do not yet have a working town portal, but we are currently working to change that! Here is where the portal will be! A few rules to go over here. (They are much more in depth at the Town Hall) There will be no use of cobble, dirt, or wooden planks (in large amounts) too build your home. There must be at least one other generally pretty object in your plot. A fountain, a pool, a nice tree, I honestly don't care. As long as in my opinion it looks pretty, you can have it. Be creative.
