i wont name names, but i was pvping with someone and they appeared to have a teleport command that was tied to there armor, so that when they were attacked they would teleport to spawn, then back to the spot they origionaly teleported from thus avoiding dammage confusing the oppenent and opening a counter attack, how was this done, as is it bannable? ( This was in the nether) i also have video proof of this happening
Yes this is legal for all that I know. Most likely they have the macro/Keybinding mod which allows you to set certain commands to certain keys like for example you can set /spawn to your V key so you dont have to type /spawn, and then they probably have /back set on there B key, so what they can do is just press V to go to spawn then B to go right back to there previous location.
If that mod is not banable il make a complaint. I donated for EXTcommands, wich includes powertool commands ( you can assign a tool to a certain command) its pointless to donate for this if we can just achieve a similar result by installing a mod, even though thats not the only feature that comes with the donation
If they are using a macro I believe it is fine as long as they are not spamming it. They would still need to donate for the feature such as /back.
But its not faire becouse some people donated for it. Even though its not a big deal this mod should be either baned or have the powertool feature removed from EXTcommands
All mods are legal as long as your not using it to make direct money, like X-Ray, or gives you an unfair advantage which I think macro mod does. I feel this should be illegal to use but there is no true way to find if they are directly using the mod or not. Unless there is a plugin that allows you to find who used it.
macro should be easy to find they allow you to type at a ungodly speed think about it /spawn in .01 seconds is fishy to me and should be easy to find out who is doing it
The macro/keybind mod is legal......and fair imo. There is more to extcommands than powertool, and there is more to the mod than keybinds.
