Suggestion: Allow thread owners (creators, original posters, what-have-you) to edit their own thread titles at any point in time - not "roughly 15 minutes after the thread is created" or "ask a Staff member to do it for you." Additional: Seems like it would save Staff AND users a lot of time. I doubt users troll with thread titles very often, either. And, if they do, warn and punish them accordingly. Other: Honestly, I am not sure why we can't... This is the first forum I have ever been on (in 8 years) that disallows modifying thread titles by the thread owners. I don't know about other people, but I often need to/want to modify my thread titles very, very often... (Art shop, sales thread, town or nation thread, suggestion thread.. on and on and on...) I do not want to bother Staff with it or ask them for "permission" to modify my own thread's title. :/
I 100% agree with @MoofinK - This suggestion makes sense - seems like we used to be able to change them here before. I also agree that if it was trolls that caused us to lose this, punish them and not all of us for their deeds.
Could make it easy to Show if a business is open or not by simply putting an "[Open]" or "[Closed]". Would help if you sell donation features every month. +1
