Allow players to buy ECD for 7k per usd.

    Since there is no way for a user to sell features for ECD anymore. They should be allowed to buy features. My suggestion price is 7k per usd as that is half of the amount it would cost someone to buy a feature. I think this would be a must to keep a healthy economy.

    You can't sell ECD for USD... it's pretty obvious in the eula
