Town Control Biome Change Command​

What are you suggesting:

Implement an addition to Town Control(most likely TC+3 or even a new feature TC+4) to allow for changes to a towns biome.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This would be a good addition b/c it would give town owners(especially those of large builds) more creative control over the appearance of their build. With large builds sometimes you find that what you originally planned was not enough space, you want to expand the build, or just can't find a space of entirely the same biome to place your build in. This would allow for a solid biome across an entire build regardless of size​
