Soul Soil MCMMO Treasures​

What are you suggesting:

Give Soul Soil MCMMO treasure (like most other excavational blocks). I suggest it have the same treasure table as grass.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I believe all excavational blocks should have a treasure loot table attached to it. Soul sand has a treasure table, so soul soil should as well (but not as good as soul sand because it is more common, thus suggesting it be the same as the grass table)​
