Denied [All Main Servers Suggestion] /seen times

What are you suggesting:

Have all the servers have the same /seen time.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

So when a mayor or above does /seen and a person just hasn't went to that server in awhile but is on another server almost everyday, then the mayor can see that.​

Other information:

Avoids people getting evicted because a /seen shows longer than the time offline allowed, even if a person logs in everyday. At the moment /seen is seperate for each server.​
