Armadillo, Bogged, Breeze, and the Creaking have been added to the game since then. Additionally, some animals that didn't have baby versions before do now. Dolphin, Squid, and Glow Squid had babies added in 1.21.2: https://minecraft.wiki/w/Java_Edition_1.21.2#Mobs Salmon also had size variants added but I'm not sure if that's normally an option for pets such as slimes or magma cubes.
