Oxidize/Deoxidize commands​

What are you suggesting:

That one of the extcommands get /oxidize and /deoxidize that increases and decreases the oxidation level of copper blocks by one level per use.

You can even add a modifier of "full" to allow a full oxidization or deoxidization​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

allows for more versatile use of blocks and adds value to the extcommands feature when purchased from the store​
