Issue I see with this, instant breaking would require custom coding (I believe), and for being able to silk items any silk touch tool would honestly work. So while it is nice to have, I don't know if it is worth the time that may need to be put in to this.
I asked for a star tool to insta break glass a while ago and the solution was to add insta break for those annoying type blocks to the Berserk active ability of the Unarmed skill in MCMMo. Your best bet is to suggest blocks be added to that and train up your Unarmed to increase the length. Custom coding for this won’t be done
