More detail to investigator chest info​

What are you suggesting:

Ability to see the contents inside a locked chest.
Right now, you can use '/lb tb on' and punch a chest to see what has been manually added and removed from that chest.

I am suggesting for there to be a way to view every content inside the chest like how /cdisplay allows one to see it.

This is mostly for seeing the contents of a chest shop. Using the /lb command, you can only see what the owner has put and taken out but you cannot see the final contents of the chest. Like if someone buys items from the trade sign, you cannot see that with /lb and you will get an inaccurate result of the final contents.

Ex:
1) I place 64 dirt into a chest.
2) Someone buys 32 dirt.
3) using /lb tb on, you will only be able to tell that I have placed 64 dirt into the chest but not what the chest currently has.

*Please note:
I am not suggesting that we see who has purchased/sold to a chest shop, but just see the contents in the chest like how /cdisplay works.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

/lb command does not give you the proper information for what is inside a chest.​

the entire point of investigator ignores peoples privacy lmao

It will immensely help with maintaining the shopDB while also maintaining shop towns.


Plus we can see inside peoples enderchest and personal inventories, so may as well extend this to all chests

 

If you want to keep your items hidden this is easy to do; just put items into a vault and put an entry deny flag. Everything else should be fair game for viewing. Why are you so secretive about virtual items? *shrugs*

I personally dont want to purchase items from every single shop sign on the server to check if they're out of stock or not; allowing this ability will make maintaining the shopdb very easy.
