Make nether wart farming great again​

What are you suggesting:

If you've tried to farm nether wart with a magic hoe your inventory fills up too fast. The sell hand price is so low that even with magic item, boosts, and prestiges it's not worth the grind.

Consider 36 inventory slots - 3 for hoe, boosted nwart, magic nwart = 33 open slots for nwarts. 33 stacks = 2112 nwarts x .17 current price = $359.04 for a full inventory. Aimlessly mining and selling a full inventory I was consistently able to /sell all for $1400-$2000.

A simple fix would be allowing us to /cnd allnorev those pesky nwarts into blocks but without losing money for doing so.
Possible solutions:
a. Current price of a netherwart: $.17, price of netherwartblock: $.26, we could adjust price of block to 9x the single price= $1.53 [making the sell all 33x64x$1.53= $3231.36]
b. Raise netherwart blocks AND to not penalize players that hold the magic netherwart or a boosted netherwart allow the effects of these items to work on the /sell hand of netherwart blocks.
c. Not ideal but better than nothing: let us crush or convert blocks to 9 netherwarts. We can then avoid the issue raised in solution b.
d. Create a /job for netherwart that pays equivalent to the above for a bunch of netherwart blocks allowing us to farm, cnd all, and sell them without having to implement any changes to current prices.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

More ways for players to make money. Better rewards for their efforts.​

Other information:

We might need a way to differentiate between the netherwart blocks that have been farmed and condensed and the netherwart blocks that grow on trees in the nether. Not sure if that's possible or a huge concern.​
