At the moment this is making about 250k max/ hour. This is ok, but compared to other magic tools it’s a bit behind. Especially when it is a unique tool to melons. The magic hoe can make 350k+ with nwarts, magic crossbow can make 500k+ (Including nstars and drops) magic pvp sword would be low now too but that’s a different suggestion for another time. There are obviously tools that make less than the magic melon sword but I think it’s just a shame, because it is such a unique tool with heaps more potential. Adding instabreak while flying to the tool would be a perfect buff in my opinion. To effectively farm the max speed that would work is speed 5 while flying. This takes about 50 seconds to do farm a full double lane at /warp herb. This would make around 350k per hour and would fit in perfectly to the other tools that are already available. Buffing melons to sell at 1.5x their price would work too but I don’t think that is up for suggestion.Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: This would just help balance out tools. There are obvious top tier money making tools and obvious tools that are extremely good for non profit reasons. At the moment the melon sword is sitting in a place where it isn’t making enough money to be an effective source of money. It is fun to use and I think adding something like instabreak fly even to an l2 version then l3 could be having a 25% chance of dropping double.Other information: NaPlugin or custom addition: NaOne suggestion per form: I Understand.
If the criticism applies here, then it should apply with much greater force to the crossbow and lvl3 hoe, which make far more then even this proposed MMsword buff. That being said, I agree that magic tools are already far too powerful, so -1. Also, This is factually incorrect, flying at optimal speeds tales only 73% lf the time to cover an equal distance at max walking speed. This data was gathered from a real melon farm, and indicates that the proposed buff is basically equal to a 38% ECD increase in the tool’s abilities.
The other tools will most likely not be getting a nerf anytime in the near future. So balancing tools so they make relatively similar amounts is the best option. Even before magic tools Most tools made similar amounts. Why not make that the case again?
-1 Balancing the economy purely for magic tools just seems a bit off for me. +1 to the informal suggestion for boosting melon prices (if that means anything) benefit would be spread to both magic melon farming, AND to regular star tool melon farming.

Yeah I would rather have melon buff as that would be able to help new players too as they could use melon farming as a way to make money like alot of us did when we started out. melons as a whole needs a buff but I think I was told somewhere that we can't suggest buffing / nerfing prices so eh
