What are you suggesting:

Whenever you log into the server, or it restarts due to maintenance or whatever, have the logblock power be off by default​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Most of the time, I don't need to logblock anything, but I do need ice for making large water stuff. It's annoying that I have to do /lb tb off half the time before I can start placing water; if I want to logblock something, I'd be doing /lb tb anyway, regardless if I have ice in my inventory or not​
