In Game Name: NESS_23What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for: All Main ServersShort title for your suggestion: /jobs commandWhat are you suggesting: I am suggesting a system in which players can submit job listings weekly or daily. And players can then use the command /jobs to look at a listing of jobs with details on how to proceed with these jobs. Sort of like a classified section in game. Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: This will help new players who haven’t had a chance to sign up on the forum was to make money. Easier access to information as to what is in demand currently on the server.Other information: This could be a service that is charged for by the server. Like spawn shops in a sense. 100k, 50k, 10k a week or something to that effect. Plugin or custom addition: One suggestion per form: I Understand.
i've thought about this for awhile and think it could be super helpful! Similar to how there is a job board in Animal Crossing or Quest Board in WoW i think this would allow those who need jobs hook up with those who need workers. I often see new players looking for work and then like 10 minutes later a new mayor (or something) looking for work. This would ease the process of those two connecting. I think you could potentially post a price your willing to pay or put "negotiable"? Not entirely sure, but it think it could work
+1 if it can be easily implemented. I also think this would be great for new users who always ask for jobs when they first join the server and also great for users who want jobs done. Overall, this could increase productivity and help a lot of users out.
Like what @FirstNolan said, if this can be easily implemented then 100% do this. This could really help newer players on ways to make money because people that need work done can easily find the people in need of money by just posting a job. +1
I think to simplify things, this would simply be a job listing with info on how to contact the job lister like ads but a command to pull up current ads that are running
There honestly isn't big enough of a jobs market to bother with something like this. It also gives the false impression that jobs are the main consistent means of making money (as they are in other servers), which is simply not the case on ECC. The current /jobs command we have (an alias of /help money) is ideal.
